ATAC Awarded US Navy Stand Off Jammer Contract for Up to $200M in Air Services Over 5 Years

Airborne Tactical Advantage Company (ATAC), part of the Textron Systems segment of Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT), announced today that it has been awarded a contract from the U.S. Navy to provide Stand-Off Jamming (SOJ) Jets Services training to the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps. Under the indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract, ATAC will provide services valued at up to $200M from 2025 to 2030.

ATAC will provide two contractor-owned and contractor-operated highly modified business jet aircraft in support of the SOJ training. The objective is to support Navy fleet customers with a wide variety of airborne threat simulation capabilities to train, test and evaluate shipboard and aircraft squadron weapon systems, operators and aircrew on how to counter potential stand-off jamming and communications jamming in today's electronic combat environment.

The training will be provided by ATAC's flight team, which consists of highly decorated U.S. military veterans and seasoned civilians, leveraging two business jet aircraft, with one on the East coast, and one aircraft on the West coast. The ATAC team will deliver air defense and electronic warfare (EW) presentations, communications relay services, communications intrusion and own force monitoring (OFM) services.
