Textron Aviation Selects Universal Avionics KAPTURE Flight Recorders

Universal Avionics (UA), an Elbit Systems company, has announced a contract to supply its KAPTURE™ Cockpit Voice (CVR) and Flight Data Recorders (FDR) to Textron Aviation across a range of its high-performance Cessna Citation jets.

The KAPTURE recorders, chosen for their compliance with the latest regulations, the ease with which data can be retrieved and analyzed, and their advanced data storage capabilities, will be installed on Cessna aircraft, including:

Universal Avionics KAPTURE CVR/FDR Flight Data Applications and ServicesFor aircraft owners navigating evolving regulations for recorders, KAPTURE recorders provide a comprehensive solution. Their extended recording capacity exceeds mandated requirements. Users can retrieve and analyze data with ease using extensive Flight Data Applications and Services, including cloud-based data collection for Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), analysis, animation, and reporting tools for individual aircraft, with the option to aggregate at fleet levels.
