Moog Signs MoU with PONAR Wadowice to Advance European Aerospace and Defense Capabilities

Moog Inc. (NYSE: MOG.A and MOG.B), a worldwide designer, manufacturer and systems integrator of high-performance precision motion and fluid controls and control systems announces the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with PONAR Wadowice S.A., Poland’s technological leader in hydraulic power systems and defense manufacturing, to define the framework for future technological and industrial cooperation. The signing took place this month in Kraków, Poland, marking a key step in Moog’s commitment to U.S.-Polish collaboration and localizing advanced defense capabilities across Europe.

The MOU focuses on collaboration in hydraulic and electro-hydrostatic actuation systems for military aerospace and defense applications aligned with the needs of the Polish Ministry of National Defence and other European customers. These include aviation test equipment and associated hardware aimed at enhancing the capabilities and readiness of European defense forces.

PONAR Wadowice’s strong presence in Poland’s defense sector and extensive technological and engineering capabilities, combined with Moog’s global reputation for precision motion control and operational excellence, enables the cooperation to bring advanced technology and manufacturing closer to European customers. Through coordinated planning, site assessments, feasibility studies, and stakeholder engagement, Moog and PONAR Wadowice will work together to define project structures, roles, and operational frameworks that accelerate innovation and delivery in the region.
