Leidos Awarded Contract by US Army Communications Electronic Command

Leidos (NYSE: LDOS ), a national security, health and engineering solutions company, was awarded a prime task order by the U.S. Army Communications Electronic Command (CECOM) to provide operation and maintenance support to the Software Engineering Center (SEC) for the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE) system. The single-award, cost-plus, fixed-fee task order has a one year base period of performance, two one year options and a total contract value of approximately $10 million if all options are exercised. Work will be performed primarily in Fort Lee, Virginia .

The CECOM SEC performs post production software support, equipment and implementation, customer support, system enhancement and technology insertion. The PBUSE system provides property accountability for all U.S. Army accountable items and is essential to the Army's management, planning and readiness determination. Under the contract, Leidos will provide full operation and maintenance support for the PBUSE system.
