Leidos Awarded Contract By DLA Energy

Leidos (NYSE: LDOS ), a national security, health and engineering solutions company, was awarded a prime contract by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) – Energy to provide FuelsManager® Software Maintenance and Development Support. The single-award, firm-fixed-price contract has a seven-month base period of performance, four one-year options and a total contract value of approximately $38 million , if all options are exercised. Work was awarded under the FuelsManager® Defense Software Maintenance & Support contract. Varec Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Leidos, will perform work at various Department of Defense facilities around the globe.

DLA Energy provides the Department of Defense and other government agencies with comprehensive energy solutions. Under the contract, Leidos will provide services which include project oversight, operational support for applications, software maintenance and development support. In addition, the contract includes sustainment of the accredited Base–Level Support Application FuelsManager® Defense, FuelsManager® Defense – Express and FuelsManager® Defense Enterprise software to correct existing processes and to assist with continued interface sustainment between Business Systems Modernization – Energy and eConvergence.
