INTEC Industrie-Technik GmbH and Skyeton Germany GmbH signed a Strategic Letter of Intent on June 10, 2026, at ILA 2026 in Berlin. The agreement aims to bring proven, ready-now long-range and long-endurance unmanned aviation solutions to the German Armed Forces.

The cooperation combines INTEC’s engineering, system integration, and lifecycle support expertise with Skyeton’s battlefield-proven experience in unmanned aviation. Together, the companies will address current and future defense needs in Germany and across allied markets.

Christoph Otten, CEO of INTEC: “We look forward to cooperating with SKYETON in order to support military users to benefit from combat-proven capabilities. These were initially developed and constantly improved, incorporating lessons learned from the battlefield in Ukraine, and will be jointly made available for the German market to meet current and future challenges.”

Andreas Pilz, Key Account Director DACH at Skyeton Germany: “We highly value INTEC’s expertise, and their deep understanding of the German defense environment. It makes them an important partner for us. We are confident that this cooperation will help bring proven Raybird capabilities to the German market in a practical and reliable way.”

The initial focus of the cooperation will be Raybird, Skyeton’s small tactical unmanned aviation system designed for extended ISR and ISTAR missions. Developed and continuously improved in Ukraine, Raybird has accumulated over 350,000 combat flight hours and has proven its reliability, resilience to electronic warfare, and operational efficiency in some of the most demanding conditions for unmanned systems. The platform will be adapted to European, and in particular German, standards with INTEC’s expertise and support.
