-Rolls-Royce (LSE: RR., ADR: RYCEY) today announces the launch of an advanced aircraft and engine health monitoring programme for Bombardier Global 5500 and Global 6500 business jets, featuring the Pearl family’s state-of-the-art Engine Vibration & Health Monitoring Unit (EVHMU). In partnership with Bombardier, this upgrade allows operators covered under Rolls-Royce CorporateCare® Enhanced to benefit from seamless integration of Bombardier’s Smart Link Plus system and the industry-leading digital engine monitoring capabilities from Rolls-Royce.

In partnership with Bombardier, this upgrade allows operators covered under Rolls-Royce CorporateCare® Enhanced to benefit from seamless integration of Bombardier’s Smart Link Plus system and the industry-leading digital engine monitoring capabilities from Rolls-Royce.
The enhanced system combines the unique capabilities of Smart Link Plus and Rolls-Royce’s EVHMU to deliver real-time, automatic transmission of vital engine performance and health data. By enabling proactive troubleshooting and predictive maintenance interventions, the programme supports maximum operational availability and improved in-service support for operators worldwide.
The integration allows access to up to 10,000 engine health parameters, providing actionable insights for timely decision-making and maximised availability. This digital innovation further strengthens the benefits of Rolls-Royce’s CorporateCare Enhanced programme and supports the strategy to deliver best-in-class availability and reassuring support through digital solutions and analytics.
