EMCOR Group Subsidiary Awarded Contract for Engineering & Contractor-Subcontractor Monitoring Services by the DHS

EMCOR Group, Inc. (NYSE:EME), a Fortune 500 ® leader in mechanical and electrical construction, industrial and energy infrastructure, and building services for a diverse range of businesses announced that its subsidiary EMCOR Government Services was awarded a contract by the Department of Homeland Security during the Third Quarter 2014 for a range of engineering services as well as monitoring services for a wide variety of other contractors and subcontractors at one of its secure facilities in Washington, D.C.

EMCOR Government Services (EGS) will be responsible for engineering services, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing design review, as well as space planning for tenant renovations and reconfigurations. Scope of work also includes escorting and monitoring these contractors and subcontractors performing work within the secure facility.
